Proud to be Senior and Friend for Chandu, The Key person behind this Initiative
I am posting his inspiring words...in the same lines.
Many people do not know what they are living for. If you want to take up a part-time job of rebuilding the glorious India (for a change), please read the below. (Neither me nor anyone gets any profit out of this)
India suffers from lack of intellectuals who can think of a way out of problems. India, does not need your money, it needs your ideas. We need an economist, a management guru, a goon, a lawyer and so on. In short, we need knowledge from all areas to rebuild India. Why not we give this a try? Even if nothing changes, we can at least give a new film story to Bollywood.
Let us take an example, if we do a customized Critical Path analysis (PERT/CPM - do these ring any bells?) taking into account the pending tasks, why cannot each collector and municipal commissioner come up with a time-line for each task and implement it. This eliminates corruption as people can ask where their file got stuck. This solution id harmless and can be easily implemented. If you have any issues, let us discuss and refine the idea. This way we can build a network of educated intellectuals who can come up with new ideas to implement.
Another problem is that people who do not get good jobs are forced to take up the teaching profession. When they are not motivated enough, what the heck will they bring out motivated citizens out of children. So, I have decided to go back to academia, if everything works out fine (though I am not so intelligent). Also, we need a radical change in curriculum of studies.
I have many such ideas...if you are interested please mail me back. If you don't want to contact me, just think on this matter and this way at least India progresses.
My goal is not too far-fetched. If today, two people are thinking of re-shaping India and because of us tomorrow if twenty people think, then I believe we achieved our goal.
There exists no problem without a solution. So, there is nothing to grieve about in this world, except (our own) Ignorance and lack of Intelligence.
What is the best job? Microsoft Software Test Engineer or Google research? Or is it satisfaction that is more important? What is the goal in life...what is your destiny - it is what you make it to be.
The idea is more important than the man. If it is not Einstein, some one else will discover the theory of relativity. We don't get anything out of discussing past events or lives of people.
